The weather is on a roller coaster here in the Dallas area. It’s nice for a few days then the temperature dips down. Tuesday night we had freezing rain which turned into sleet. Commuting into work was a bit of an adventure, but not all that bad. My flexible work schedule was a nice convenience.
On a more serious note, I’ve been checking up on our new president on whitehouse.gov . The website has changed significantly since Obama took office. Someone took a before and after screen shot here. Overall the website is pretty interesting and the weekly video addresses are informative. I typically check the blog and executive orders sections to keep up to date on recent events.
I hope the best for President Obama, if he succeeds then America succeeds. I would feel the same no matter who won the election. To think otherwise is un-American. “I didn’t vote for him but he’s my president, and I hope he does a good job.” – John Wayne
